The counting modules allows your server members to engage in a fun counting activity, see how high you can go with this unlimited counting module! You can configure the module on the dashboard by heading to the modules section and finding the 'Counting' module.
Here you can configure the main settings for the counting module, from setting the counting channel to changing the counting mode.
Counting Mode: Here you can change the mode of the counting which will adjust the behaviour of the bot in the counting channel. You can select from:
Normal - This mode will simply add a reaction to the users message if they send the correct number to the channel.
Webhook - This mode will delete the users message and repost it in a webhook format to make it appear as though a bot version of the user sent it if the count is correct.
Channel: Here you can select the channel you want the counting event to work in, channels not selected here will not trigger the counting module.
Reactions: Here you can enable/disable the ability for the bot to react to correct counts with a green check mark if the counting mode is set to normal.
Allow Multiple Counts: Here you can enable/disable the option to allow users to send multiple counts rather than blocking the user from sending another count until someone else sends one.
Cooldown: Here you can enable/disable a 5 second cooldown which will prevent users from sending another count for 5 seconds after one has just been sent.
Here you can configure the error settings for the counting module.
Return Errors: Here you can enable/disable the ability for the bot to return error messages as defined below.
Error Message For Wrong Count: Here you can set the message that will be displayed to user for sending the wrong count to the channel.
Error Message For Counting Twice: Here you can set the message that will be displayed to user for sending 2 counts one without waiting for another user to count.
Error Message For The Cooldown: Here you can set the message that will be displayed to the user if they try count during the 5 second cooldown if enabled.
Here you can edit the main counting command and adjust it to your liking.
/Counting-Set: Here you can edit the command that sets the current count to a number of your choice.
Here you can edit the main counting event and fine tune settings to your liking.
Counting: Here you can edit the main and only event for the counting module to fine tune it and expand on the current functions brought with the module.
Warning: it's advised that you do not edit the event & command unless you have a good understanding of BotGhost and the Custom Event Builder/Command Builder. You can always reset the module to default if you should happen to make a mistake while editing the event or command.
