Note: This module is only available to user with a Premium Subscription.
The Roblox Verification system allows users to connect their Roblox account to their in server discord account, this is incredibly helpful for servers made for a Roblox group or if you want to setup some form of Roblox verification system for your discord server. Once verified the user can use the /roblox-profile command to show off their connected Roblox account!
The module settings page allows you to customize your experience with the module. From changing the trigger to a command or button, to adding a role to users upon successful verification.
Button or Command: Here you can change the trigger method for the verification. Setting it to a command (default) will allow users to run the /roblox-verify command in the server to begin the verification. Alternatively, setting it to the button method will allow you to send a embed message with a button attached for users to click to start the verification.
Roblox Verification: If you selected the 'Button' method above, a new setting titled 'Roblox Verification' will be displayed. Here you can customize the message that's sent to a channel of your choice when using the /roblox-verify command.
Start Verification Button Text: This setting will allow you to change the text in the button users press to start the verification (If you have enabled the button method).
Confirm Verification Button Text: This setting will allow you to change the text in the button users press to confirm the verification (If you have enabled the button method).
Grant Role: Toggling this setting on and off will enable/disable the function of the bot giving a role upon successful verification. This will also hide the 'Verified Role' setting when disabled. By default this option is set to Enabled.
Verified Role: If the 'Grant Role' option is enabled this setting will be displayed. This setting will allow you to choose a role to be granted to the user upon successful verification.
Change Nickname: Toggling this setting on and off will enable/disable the function of the bot changing the users nickname upon successful verification. This will also hide the 'Username or Displayname' setting when disabled. By default this option is set to Enabled.
Username or Displayname: If the 'Change Nickname' option is enabled this setting will be displayed. This setting will allow you to choose what nickname the bot should change the users name to upon successful verification, you can choose between the users Roblox Nickname or Username. By default this option is set to Username.
The Roblox Module allows you to link/bind roles to specific group ranks and gamepasses, automatically updating the users roles appropriately upon verification.
Simply insert the groups ID into the apprioriate section.
There are 9 commands which come with the module, by default all are enabled.
/roblox-verify: Depending on the 'Button or Command' setting, this command will start the verification when the user runs it or it will post the button message in the channel the command was ran in for users to click to start the verification process. Note, for the button message to be sent, the command user must have the MANAGE_CHANNELS permission.
/roblox-profile: When this command is ran, it will display the selected users roblox profile. Additionally, if you leave the user option blank, it will display the command runners profile. This command has a 30 second cooldown period by default, this can only be changed in the command builder itself.
/roblox-rank-binds-view: When this command is run, it will display the rankbinds for your connected roblox groups.
/roblox-rank-binds-remove: When this command is run, it will allow you to remove one of the rankbinds for your connected roblox groups.
/roblox-rank-binds-add: When this command is run, it will allow you to add to the rankbinds for your connected roblox groups.
/roblox-gamepass-view: When this command is run, it will display the gamepass links for your connected roblox groups.
/roblox-gamepass-add: When this command is run, it will allow you to add to the the gampass links for your connected roblox groups.
/roblox-gamepass-remove: When this command is run, it will allow you to remove one of the gamepass links for your connected roblox groups.
/roblox-update-user: When this command is run, it will allow you to update a users profile to get up to date information and role connections.
Warning: it's advised that you do not edit the commands unless you have a good understanding of BotGhost and the Custom Commands Builder. You can always reset the module to default if you should happen to make a mistake while editing the commands.
