This page will provide answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about BotGhost's premium subscriptions. We hope this answers your question promptly.

1. I bought a premium subscription, but I still haven't gained access to the premium features; it keeps prompting me to upgrade once more.

After purchasing a premium subscription, you will need to manually upgrade the bot(s) to your liking through the settings menu of your bot. For further instructions on this process, please refer to this page.

2. What payment methods can I use to purchase a premium subscription?

We currently offer support for the following payment methods and do not have immediate plans to introduce additional options:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.)

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

Please note that the availability of certain payment methods may be restricted based on local or international limitations or regulations. Additionally, the accessibility of specific payment methods may be limited by the device you are using.

3. How can I cancel my subscription?
