After purchasing a premium or priority hosting subscription from your bot's dashboard, users have a 7-day (168-hour) refund guarantee period. Contact us at billing@botghost.com or create a ticket in our Discord server at within this time frame to request a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for requests made after the 7-day period. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be visible on your account.
If you purchased a Premium gift, you can also request a refund as long as the gift has not been claimed.
You can cancel your premium or priority hosting subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal, and the premium or priority hosting features will be removed at the end of the current subscription term. You will not be charged again after canceling. You can cancel your premium or priority hosting subscription at any time via the self-serve customer portals of Stripe or Chargeable. to view the steps.
You will not receive a refund when your Premium subscription is canceled.
After canceling your Premium subscription the Premium features remain active on your BotGhost account until the subscription is expired.
