Refund Policy
After purchasing a Premium subscription from your bot's dashboard, users have a 7-day (168-hour) refund guarantee period. Contact us at billing@botghost.com or create a ticket in our Discord server at https://discord.gg/botghost within this time frame to request a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for requests made after the 7-day period.
If you purchased a Premium gift, you can also request a refund as long as the gift has not been claimed (!).
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal, and the Premium features will be removed at the end of the current subscription term. You will not be charged again after canceling. You can cancel your Premium subscription via the Chargebee self-serve customer portal. Login using the email associated with your Premium subscription. This email can be different than your Discord account email. Important Notes: 💡 You will not receive a refund when your Premium subscription is canceled. 💡After canceling your Premium subscription the Premium features remain active on your BotGhost account until the subscription is expired.
